Collier Heights Apartments

58 years ago, my father lived in the Simpson Woods apartments (Collier Heights). They were prestigious and popular. Over time, the community declined, and the city changed the street name to Joseph E. Boone and now a renewal is taking place. I hope this time the community takes care of this historic property, the previous decline was hard to see.

I like the renovation to the 1 bedrooms. The back splash in the kitchen is pretty. Also, the recessed lighting throughout kitchen and living room is nice. The bus stop is right in front of property.

Ideal location to downtown plenty of shops nearby. And I love my apartment. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful and hope it stays that way

The staff is very ratchet and rude. I called to ask if they had anything available and she was rude. She act like didn't want to tell when was a unit available. What a ghetto pig.

I AM GLAD THEY CLOSED THESE APARTMENTS DOWN THIS WAS A FREAKING NIGHTMARE ROACHES ROACHES AND ROACHES. PEOPLE ARE SO FREAKING NASTY. I HAD TO GET AWAY FROM THIS PLACE
