Collier Flats Apartments

Absolutely worst experience ever. Havent lived in one of these "fully renovated apartments" for two months yet, and I've had nothing but issues. From problems with inconsistent water temperatures, to shower knobs coming completely off twice. Second time it came off, I was told the issue had been repaired ealier, which it hadn't as I ended up having to hold on to the knob on in place to keep water from spewing everywhere for almost an hour until maintenance arrived. Which btw, I couldn't just directly call a number for an emergency to talk to someone immediately. I had to call a number, go through voice prompt system and leave a voice mail until I heard back. Then recently I had a quarter of the ceiling come down in my bedroom while at work. So yeah. Fully renovated. As falsely advertised.

DO NOT MOVE HERE I moved into Collier Flats in February 2020. When I moved in the apartment was unlivable, there was saw dust covering everything and my infant daughter and I had to stay elsewhere for 2 days until the apartment was cleaned. After then, every summer until 2022 my A/C would go out. Eventually, they came and replaced the system. After then, my back door would not close and lock properly because it was rotted. They sent contractors and they came and replaces the frame around the door and then water started leaking from the frame down the door on to the floor in my kitchen when it would rain hard. I filed several complaints and explained that the door was still not closing properly. They sent a crew out to, they pulled out all the top of the wall, left a mess all over my kitch

5 Star Solely goes to Jaynai as she’s been an absolute help and overachiever for this complex. If she isn’t already the manager of this property she 100% needs to be. When I moved here the nightmares began. Car break ins endless trash in the streets. Pool is ALWAYS DIRTY. High power bills due to old systems in the units… the list goes on forever. Jaynai personally rectified more than half of these issues on her own! She followed up and truly made my concerns and complaints feel seen and heard. Without her I would not have signed for another year even if rent was $100! Ever since her arrival I’m willing to pay whatever the complex is charging as long as they allow her to call the shots because she actually cares about the residents and makes sure that everyone here feels safe and catered to

Jaynai is exceptionally amazing a great leasing consultant my move and transition was smooth. She is very helpful as well and understanding. Collier Collective is a great apartment division and all of their properties are located right here in the same area and they are all unique and great in their own way. I appreciate you all service. 😊

every month since signing our lease here they have charged us for things they weren’t supposed to. has gotten to the point now where we have to call EVERY MONTH and have them “correct it”, i use quotation marks because they do not get it fixed. this made it increasing frustrating to work with these people. the floors in the apartments are uneven and not level. they changed ownership without informing us and started doing all our billing through a different company. their “amenities” are a lie. their “gym” is a room with one treadmill, their pool is at ANOTHER APARTMENT COMPLEX way down the road. over all i would NEVER recommend living here.
