A landloard want to lease a vacant space and tennants like me want that space.This company have their name listed on numurous properties that are available for lease. You call the agents listed as contacts- they never pick up calls do not return messages. Dont know how are they staying in the business with idots like these.

David was great very personable! He was fun and very good listener. The place has never been taking care off like this. But bright lights to protect the people work in the building. We are all woman work long hours. The place is more cleaner. Thank you David doing amazing job!!

It's a shameless company. 2 Anchor stores in Mallard Crossing Shopping Center are vacant for years. There is no traffic to a very nice shopping center. All businesses will die without anchor stores. The broker responsible for Mallard Crossing Shopping Center should be fired immediately.

Mt Holly Huntersville Callabridge Commons location. These guys allow similar buisness move in without the notice of the other tennets. Allow homeless people live in the parking lot and disrupt buisness, and they will not do a thing, stating that it's not their problem.

I’ve had opportunity on several occasions to contact them, and I must say that it has never been anything less than professional, courteous and just enjoyable. Knowing that they truly care about whatever the issues may be is just monumental to me!
