Worst place I have ever lived — avoid at all costs This is hands down the worst apartment complex I have ever lived in. I’m going to be very clear about why. First, the insulation is absolutely horrible. During the summer, the electric bill is extremely high because the windows are not properly sealed and don’t even close all the way. In the winter, you freeze. On top of that, the window screens aren’t even the correct size. The kitchen is unbelievably small — it looks like it was once just a hallway that they decided to turn into a kitchen. I honestly don’t understand how they thought this layout was acceptable. To make it worse, there is only ONE outlet in the entire kitchen, which is completely impractical. The water pressure is another serious issue. It is so bad that you can be le

My daughter moved into this apartment two years ago, and it has been a great experience. The office staff is incredibly friendly and accommodating, always willing to help with any questions or concerns. The maintenance team is also outstanding—whenever there’s an issue, they respond right away and take care of it promptly. While the building is older, the one-bedroom apartment my daughter stays in is very comfortable. The location is a huge plus—it’s within walking distance of campus, Publix, and other nearby businesses, making it extremely convenient for students. For the price, it’s a fantastic place to live. Highly recommend!

Do not rent from this apartment complex! If you get placed in the M building you will have people show up around your apartment and blast music till 4am every weekend. The apartment does nothing about this and the police only show up half the time. This will happen every Friday, Saturday and sometimes Sundays. Also holidays there is not exceptions usually this happened in Easter weekend as well.

The place was nasty and disgusting. Everything about the apartment was awful. It was loud from people parking in the bank and behind the liquor store partying at nights. I normally do not leave reviews but this place was terrible. Do not leave your children here.
