College Town Fayetteville

I currently live here and it has honestly been a great experience. Management and maintenance acts fast. They host some events in the clubhouse which are nice to go to. The people around here are nice and it honestly isn’t loud much at night. The only thing I will say is that we did have quite a bit of increase in utilities, but again not sure if they control that or not. I would recommend living here it’s close to everything and the vibes are always there!

I can’t say enough good things about this complex. From the moment you move in, you can tell it’s a place that’s genuinely well cared for. The grounds are clean, quiet, and comfortable, and everything feels thoughtfully maintained. What really sets this place apart, though, is the staff. Every worker I’ve interacted with has been incredibly kind, respectful, and genuinely helpful. They’re quick to respond, easy to talk to, and always go the extra mile to make sure residents feel taken care of. It’s rare to find a place where you feel both comfortable in your home and supported by the people who run it, but this complex truly delivers on both. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a great place to live.

I’ve really enjoyed living at College Town. The property is well-kept, the location is perfect for a college area, and the community feels safe and comfortable. The gym is a huge plus and is always clean and convenient, making it easy to stay active without having to leave the complex. Management and maintenance are responsive and helpful, which makes living here stress-free. Overall, College Town has been a great place to live and I would definitely recommend it to other students or anyone looking for a solid apartment complex.
