College Park Apartments

It depends what you look for. It is an affordable condo. Very quiete. The condo administration is always aware of the details. They are attentive with tenants. Only three floor buildings, two to three bedrooms and two bathrooms each apartment. The condo Rooms for washer and dryer, but you bring and install them. There’s a laundromat. A balcony each apartment. There's no trash or rats to be seen in the hallways. The condo has a laundromat. It also has a car wash, vacuum, and air. The entire property is surrounded by many trees.

The place is clean and quiet. The staff was very helpful in finding me the apartment I adore; the price is right too. The location at the corner of Collier and rattlesnake make going anywhere a breeze. I love it!

Thanks to Jose Lara, the supervisor, for installing the piece that we needed so much, my family and I are grateful to you. Thank you for the excellent maintenance work for keeping the property nice and clean. The office staff, excellent work, 7 years living here, the best place to be.

They literally want to kick us out because they came into the apartment we’re renting out from them and saw toys on the floor they even gave us a picture they took of the toys on the floor. And not to long ago they towed our car because for parking reverse! And cars that live in the buildings before ours are still parking reverse but they said it’s supposedly a rule that you’re not allowed to park reverse. Our lease ends I’ma few months and instead of letting us leave peacefully it feels like they’re just trying to get more money instead of just allowing our lease to end. Horrible

I’m really happy with the new place and I’m thankful for all the staff because my process to move in was smooth. Shoutout to Jean the guy from the office that explained us everything and help us throughout the process.
