College Park Apartment

Nice apartments with new and upgraded appliances like the AC unit or shower fixtures. Great design and spacey. The price was perfect for soldiers and families or just for a single person. The owner was there and she was very knowledgeable about the area and her apartments. Great staff. Met the maintenance staff. They seem more knowledgeable than others I’ve interviewed. Overall....I like the place.

I've been living here for about 3 years now and I've seen the property management change hands about 4 times. The most recent staff has been incredibly helpful and understanding of the various situations I find myself in. They took care of an issue I'd been trying to have handled for 2 and a half years in half a month, and worked with me to the best I could ask while I was going through a difficult financial situation. These apartments are miles beyond what they once were.

this place is somewhat affordable, but that is the only good thing about this place. the staff is happy to hand out orders to the guests but they wont fix anything when you ask and when we moved in we got roaches from a neighboring apartment. they told us that they do pest control but all they did was spray behind our stove and leave. also one of the people who works in the office is stunninlgy rude to the tennants.

Norma an the lady that actually owns the property are scammers an only want the money they hide the money they can I worked an stayed there an when I no longer worked there she did all she could to get me out while my place was falling apart in the process hole in my ceiling bathroom flooding over into my rooms as I’m standing in eviction court only 2 days late on the rent. I wouldn’t suggest it for anyone.

College Park is has easy access to the base and is in walk distance of an elementary school for parents with younger kids. The Apartment has definitely seen better times and is currently taking steps to return there. They have recently added a gate that gives the complex a safe feel. There is a Landry facility on site. Down side they don't have a change machine. Huge plus is the staff they have in place. There super helpful tbh
