I’ve been trying to call and get In touch with someone for a week get a place for me and my son. No answer. My father recently passed away and I’m having to leave his house. Update: week 3 and no answer and I am homeless with my child. I also have another friend that has been trying to get in contact with them as well. I am assuming they want you to pay the application fee before they call you back. The only money I am spending that I have is for a deposit on an apartment that I am approved.
HORRIBLE! The worst property management. They do not repair things timely and they do not communicate effectively. Gave me the run-around on multiple occasions. Moved out over 2 months ago and still waiting for an update regarding my deposit. Have been lying to me about this as well through email. Reporting College Manor and Willow Bridge Property Management
