College Court

The 1b1b apartment has enough space and their maintenance is quick and efficient. I have stayed here for one year and I’m satisfied with the location: it nears the park as well as all the grocery stores. But if there is something I might feel uncomfortable would be the insects on the first floor. There is also an advantage of that because you can see more fire flies in the summer time. I probably will report a update to see whether they charge a reasonable price for the deposit when I leave the apartment.

Undoubtedly the best apartment to rent in State College. You just pay the rent (which is as cheap as possible) and you get everything like internet, heat, gas, water, electricity, trash and car parking (even for guests) included!! Add to that, it comes totally furnished with a TV and cable cable too. What more one can ask for!! Very nice and responsive management, nice clean and safe locality in the heart of State College. It was my best 2 years of stay before I finally moved to a new city. I wish I could get back to stay here again. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!

I would have given them 0 stars if I could. I would call the units "shelters" instead of apartments. The walls are as thin as papers, so you could LITERALLY hear almost everything that comes from your neighbors. It could be during day time when you could have an important meeting, or it could take away your sleep ion the midnight. The maintenance is disrespectful. They have came in multiple times with no shoe covers and have left the carpets covered with dirt and mud. Some buildings (including the one I was living in) are super old and they require inspection bi-weekly. So two guys come in (mostly unnoticed) and search through all your cabinets and everywhere else to make sure there is no bugs. Terrible privacy! Their wifi service is the poorest! I have no complains about the admin as some other tenants seem to have. Maintenance was done in the same day when I requested. Rent is fair. Only problem is a problem that you will find everywhere... paper-thin walls. Other than that, I recommend!

You hear everything from four different houses (upper or lower, 2 sides and front or back to your home. If you are unlucky enough to have neighbors making loud noise, your quality of life will go down dramatically.
