From the moment Colleen walked in our door, we could tell she was the "it" Realtor. She provided detailed knowledge of the market and helped us determine a price to sell. She did not waste time, we had a photographer taking pictures within a few days. She stopped by with fliers that represented our place beautifully. She is personable and very professional. Colleen is easily the best Realtor we have ever worked with. After 17 amazing years in Sunset Beach we felt the pull to move closer to our children and grandchildren. Incredible Experience!! I was an out-of-town buyer. Colleen Teifer was the first, and only, realtor I encountered. I was looking at properties online and set up a walk-thru at my [potential] new property with her. From the start, I knew she was special. She immediately made me feel comfortable and that this would be no problem not being in town. She handled everything smoothly and communicated answers to my questions extremely well. For that, I tried to respond quickly to her questions and any documents she needed which allowed her to do her job. It was a very smooth, seamless experience. Colleen is very knowledgeable of the area and was very responsive with any questions we had about specific condos. She was very accommodating and helped us set up tours when we were in the area which was helpful since we do not live in North Carolina. When we chose the condo we planned to buy, Colleen streamlined the whole process, again super helpful since we were not always able to be in the area to take care of things in person. She came highly recommended from friends who had used her when they were looking to purchase in the area and we have in turn recommended her to a family member who is considering purchasing in the Sunset Beach area.
