Collective Title

I received zero communication from them during the buying process. The day before closing I called their office and begged to speak to my closing agent to get wire instructions and a final amount. After several hours I was finally able to connect with my closing agent. Supposedly Collective Title has an online portal to share documents with clients which we received nothing through until 1 month after closing. Our closing agent made no attempt to remedy the situation with us prior to closing, e.g. ask for another email or offer to print them for us. At the closing table the title representative was discourteous about my wife and I wanting to read the documents before we signed them. Absolutely great experience, I’ve done multiple transactions with this company and they are consistently professional, organized, and efficient. They communicate clearly, keep everyone on track, and make the closing process smooth for both agents and clients. It’s always reassuring knowing my deals are in good hands. Highly recommend working with this team!

I have had multiple real estate transactions and this is the worst title company so far. Usual title cost is around $400 to $ 500 but they sent a charges of $1165. Some of the bogus charges included binder fee of $90. One should avoid this title company. Usually I didn’t care asking about which title company is involved in real estate transactions as most do good job. But in future I will be careful

This is our title agency of choice. I am a Realtor with eXp Realty; I use Collective Title for my closings- and couldn't do it without them! Brandy and Georgia are always available to answer questions (I ask a LOT of questions!), and they are available pretty much any time we need them- for both closings and questions! They explain details to my clients that I may not know and give them peace of mind. Their fees are competitive within the industry. Highly recommend them!
