I am very happy living @ Dakota Park, as Collective has been so prompt on taking care of maintenance issues. Plus, keeping us updated immediately re:any info that we need to be aware of. The office is very helpful & friendly (Sydney & Kodi) to the residents, letting us know if we have any questions to stop in @ the office. They also offered residents a $250 Visa card over the Holidays, if we renewed our lease, which was so appreciated. I would recommend to all if looking for an apartment to stop in for a tour to our Dakota Park apartments! You will be so happy you did! Plus, love the social activities they offer here to get together 3x a week to visit in the community room w/friends that live here! Stop in & take a tour, you will love our Dakota Park community! ♥️

Excellent experience here! Cate the leasing professional is very prompt in replying and maintenance is even quicker! Apartment is clean and very warm. Pets are welcomed and all are responsible pet owners in my building. Couldn't recommend enough. I'm so glad I found this company when planning my long distance move to the area.

I genuinely enjoyed living at Collective Apartments. Cate and Robin were consistently helpful, approachable, and professional. Maintenance requests were handled quickly and efficiently, which made a noticeable difference in day-to-day living. Overall, it is a well-managed place with staff who actually did their jobs well.

1- They never fix or care about maintenance problems at all. 2- Carpet 15 years old and all mold, I asked if they please can change it and answer was no. 3- in garage there is a bad smell even tho it’s completely empty and when I asked if they can fix it, no answer I got since months. 4- Property manager is discriminating against not only me but also other foreigners but no proof so nothing can be done. 5- I recommend you to all who read this review , stay away from collective bec even in the least developed country I wouldn’t expose this much discrimination.

Oh I’ve been waiting for this for three years! Over all soo glad to be done with collective. I lived at three of their properties and went through the transition of Goldmark selling and alliance rebranding to collective. Property management is subpar, they are not organized and are vague when addressing property /tenant issues. The maintenance team is under skilled, and should be hired out to uphold the agreement of the lease. We had snow coming in through our door when it was locked and shut, we had mice in our garage because is lack of property upkeep, community laundry room didn’t have a working dryer for three months. There was little to no follow up with any issue and if you did need to get ahold of the office for anything they were never there. They take random days off and they have
