Colina Apartments

This interview is based off of a tour, not being a resident. I was really excited to tour this apartment building as it was my top choice. However, after my tour, I will definitely not be considering Colina which is unfortunate. I scheduled my tour for 11am on a Saturday. When scheduling the tour, I put down info on what I’m looking for, move in date, budget, etc. When I came for my interview, a representative of the overarching property management was subbing because no leasing agent was available. This struck me as a lack of care to be quite honest. I understand things happen, but I wish they had communicated with us offering a rescheduled tour. The representative had no clue what we were looking for, and also had no knowledge of the building. I can’t blame them, because they are not a

Amanda was so warm and helpful throughout our entire application process. She is a great communicator, and has so kindly gone above and beyond to make sure me and my little family have felt welcome in our first few months at Colina - even delivering large packages to our door on occasion so we didn't have to haul them up the elevator. We love Colina and the surrounding neighborhood and can't say enough good things about Amanda! Feeling so grateful to be here.

Lived here for 1.5 years. Recommended. + Good location. + Good maintenance team. + Had to bring up move-in/move-out issues to the management team but they solve my concerns and the results are acceptable.

We installed Luxer One package lockers at the Colina. Stephanie and her team were so great to work with! Always responsive and helpful in getting us the information and access we needed to get the job done. It's so clear they really care about giving their residents the best at the Colina.

The apartments were different to find and parking not available. The ADA compliant apartment I saw had cement walls and ceiling. Not something you would want. Plus the tub did not has grab bars and if I rented there I would have to once again. Not my cup of tea and not my type of apartment. An un finished apartment to a ADA individual could be taken as not good enough for a finished apartment.
