Colfax Square Apartments

I Love it here!! It's Very convenient to shopping and restaurants within walking distance, very conveniently located between Division/395 & Newport Hwy off of Hawthorn in an established neighborhood that's always clean, quiet, has beautiful green yards, lots of trees, close to bus lines, you name it! Management is right on top of maintenance orders, very professional, hard working, welcoming and easy to get along with. My only wish would be for more space in the front half of the apartment and an external storage closet is always useful. I look forward to this next year as a tenant here at Colfax Square where there's very little noises heard from your neighbors who so far seem to be respectful and easy to get along with which is quite rare these days and definitely a blessing.

they are small but I like it, the grounds are very nice, the other tenants keep to them self's I wouldn't move if I could. It's a great place if you want a beautiful kept up lawn that you don't have to maintain. To me it's perfect.

Nice little apartments in Good location.

Things are looking up.cant choose your nabors sometimes but it hopefully going to. Work it self out. Other then that the grounds are kept up.nice staff are as helpfull as thay an be. Thay are understanding of everyone's differences and help according to thare needs.

The rent here was raised by $200, which I think is outrageous for this old of an apartment complex. Half the time the washers and dryers are broken and take forever to fix also any repairs take forever in the apartments themselves.
