Got a call about an interview. The last who called me didn't even start the call off with "Hello this is ______ at Coldwell Banker. May I speak to _____" She just said 🗣️ Is this_____? I really thought it was a SPAM call. She put me down for an interview on 11/4/25 and said she was going to email me the details but I NEVER received an email. 😐

They just want the landlord stick with them till the end of their lives if you don’t read their template property management contract carefully (all traps). There is no unilateral term for the LL to terminate to work with them. They take 11% of the monthly rent without doing anything other than saying “let see”, “let me check with the tenant”. They gonna keep all late fees from the tenant if the tenant makes late payments (not the landlord) so there is no reason for them to rush the tenant make payment on time. … Hell no, if you are a landlord, be aware of this PM company. They are “tenant agent” not “landlord agent”. They do not act on behalf of the LL to protect your legitimate rights. You will be more headaches if you pick them. Trust me or not, it’s up to you. That’s all my experience

I completed a rental application for a property with this company. I wasn't informed of their application process properly by them, and I asked for proof that the application was processed and they failed to provide it. I have written an email requesting my application fees refunded for not providing proof that the service I paid for was done. And I got an email stating that they didn't need to provide proof because they have on their records they did their jobs. If so why can't they provide proof?
