The agent I dealt with as my property manager is just awful at providing management. It is apparent this agent does not care about his tenants and cannot be bothered to communicate. I would not recommend this business they have not regard for their customers beyond their financial gain. I regret giving this business a 2 star rating, but the actions of one of their agents is just egregious. This property manager routinely does not communicate effectively in the slightest. For instance I asked this agent to provide a mailbox key in early August, but did not receive the key until late October. The latest issue is there failure to return my security deposit 27 days after my lease ending. They did not provide any explanation for the lack of updates and are not returning my calls or texts. Ext
