4 months of ongoing issues on property. I've never spoken so negatively about anyone or their business, but I feel the urgency to warn anyone else that may be in this same position. This has been the worst experience in my housing lifetime. I have over 13 work orders on their maintenance system and have now turned to legal counsel to help me resolve the issues that are constantly being delayed because they have vendors that are either unqualified to do the repairs or disappear. If you are a tenant and are having maintenance issues- reach out to your city. There are housing resources to help tenants with neglected repairs like a code violations department and they are very responsive and take the proper actions to notify property owners of the mismanagement of their properties. Ambassador Property Management Property Owners - please be aware that this company does not value your business and WILL NOT value your property! No communication; rude and unprofessional to your paying tenants; NEVER visits the property sites; allows damages to occur and fester such as water leaks that are neglected, causing further damages such as mold and unhealthy living conditions for your tenants as well as costly repairs for you! Be warned - this business is shoddily run and will cost you time snd thousands of dollars for repairs as well as lost rental income. No sense of urgency on your behalf.
