I did not have a good experience with my coldwell banker buyer’s agent for my 1st home. I purchased in 2021 as my agent was recommended through my employer. My agent may have done the final walkthrough for the new build or not, but when I moved in there were obvious defects. A missing door. Another door installed on the wrong side. Gaping holes in the cabinetry under the kitchen sink. Incomplete glass enclosure for the shower. No doorbell. No address label. We negotiated stone gravel but instead the builder used mulching. Large amounts of lawn with no turf installed. The original builder has since had an internal split, one half went bankrupt and the other half is known for shoddy worksmanship. Travis Torres is the man. My fiancée and I did not actually end up working with him entirely due to the fact that we bought a new build through the builder. However, Travis was one of the first people to help walk us through the process even knowing that we wouldn’t end up closing a deal with him. He just wanted the best for us and advised us as best as he could. It says a lot about someone when they are willing to help you even if they don’t necessarily stand to gain anything. If you fall under the category of needing an agent to help you, then pick Travis. He will not disappoint.

Although my experience with Coldwell Banker Property Management has been brief, I have no complaints. They are pleasant and have taken very good care of us, so far. The vendors they have sent for maintenance have all been very pleasant, as well. We are very happy in our new home!

When renting, nothing is ever going to be perfect. I will say I am not exactly the best tenant, I have a tendency to complain about things. When I feel I am complaining too much I let things go, and I shouldn't. Oscar has been great in helping me get things fixed and taken care of. There have even been some cases where he has come over himself to see to it that things are properly handled. My original review was harsh and made in anger, overall the company does their best to handle situations with your home timely and efficiently. The thing I like best about this company overall is you can deal with any and all issues via your phone. I am a busy person and don't have time to go into the office for every little thing. My fiancé and I had so much trouble finding a house because of a mark on his rental history… luckily I found this company and got the pleasure to work with madyson ! She told us at the beginning that she would help us find the perfect house and she did more than just hold her end of the deal ! she was super sweet and relatable , and even was able to work out a deal for us to be able to move in ! If it weren’t for her we would still be stressing about finding a house , so I am more than greatful to have found this company and their amazing leasing agent madyson !
