Todd evicted us from our home wrongfully leaving us homeless living in our car he refused to let us get our things including our family pets! I want to stand corrected I was just informed by Todd Lands attorney he is not the owner of the property but he was representing the company who actually bought the property! So apologies to you Todd Land and your agency.Thanks for the numbers but I only need my attorneys and the tenants protection foreclosure act.

Ive rented my home from Mr Todd for the last 4 years and have had ZERO issues with his response time or willingness to repair anything has arisen. I can count on 1 hand how many things ive needed done and i never had to wait or had an issue with him getting it taken care of. Gwen in his office is also always very friendly and i never mind dealing with her. Communication is KEY for everything and it goes along way with Mr Todd and his office.
