Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage: Kevin Brown

Kevin Brown tried to low ball me on my house in order to get a quick sell. He didn't ask questions, take measurements, or look around. Then he TOLD me he was putting it on the market for 35% less than what I actually sold it for. He said we could have it sold by the weekend after we put it on the market. In my assumption he had a contractor willing to purchase it, allowing Kevin to sell it again for twice as much after whatever renovations were done. I went with Lisa Naples, who was absolutely amazing!!! She sold my house within two weeks and made sure the whole experience was stress free. Kevin can learn a few things from Lisa.

Dave is awesome! We worked with him as our buyer’s agent. Very professional. His knowledge of the industry is solid. He guided us through every step of the process. His aid was invaluable during the bidding process. His suggestions on price were right on target. He worked for us. There is a reason why he sells a lot of houses in a year. This guy is unprofessional,i couldn't show my house the next day less then 24 hour notice so he says his client is buying a house tomorrow, wow, guess his client don't have a choice, what if they wanted to see my house?? If someone is interested they would make arrangements that fits everyone's schedule. Caldwell banker isn't aloud on my property after this, I will keep my house !!! You've been warned.
