I wish i can give coldwell banker realty zero stars. This is the first time i work. With a realtor from this company. It has being the worst experience of my life. I worked with the realtor Pat Dance and also with Peter Rosato. I have two days only living in the apartment. The apartment is falling apart. First i had a incident with the toilet. The toilet overflow and water went downstairs to the apartment beneath me. The toilet was giving problems since day 1. The second situation i have is bugs in the apartment.clover mites and ants Centipedes crawling all over the apartment especially the clover mites to the point of crawling on my legs.Then another situation the refrigerator is leaking water from the bottom of the refrigerator.
