We worked with Daniele who was Incredibly unprofessional while she managed the property we stayed that this past year. She would raise her voice when we would ask about issues with the property (which never seemed to end) and at one point sent an unlicensed tenant living in the apartment below us to “fix” our broken ac which resulted in him falling through our ceiling and now we are being charged for those damages. She told us the property would be cleaned up and that the balcony railing was going to be replaced by the time we moved in and it wasn’t for over a month after signing the lease. Wouldn’t comply when we requested that things be sent in emails/writing and instead preferred we called or texted and wouldn’t respond to my messages because she didn’t like my “attitude”. Coldwell Banker Realty provided me with an extremely disappointing first experience. My realtor failed to advocate for my interests, leaving me feeling neglected compared to others. Their unprofessional and rude behavior towards my home, which I was trying to sell, was disheartening. Unfortunately, I made a mistake by getting stuck in a contract. I urge caution when dealing with them.

Requested an appointment to go see a property via their online system and was assigned Jennyfer Petruzzelli as a realtor and told my appointment was for 4 pm on a Friday. Jennyfer never showed nor was she aware of the appointment even though it was confirmed in my file; furthermore she was unapologetic for wasting my time. Realtor then said she would reschedule an appointment for Monday but never confirmed nor followed up. The image protrayed by this company's employee is unacceptable, unprofessional, and quite honestly embarrassing and as a veteran of the armed forces it is sad to receive this level of disrespect.

Susan Marx was the realtor representing the seller on the purchase of our home in Cooper City, which closed December '19. She was unprofessional, condescending and had a negative attitude towards us, and we had many concerns about her/her process during this transaction.
