I am a owner (a retired Marine vet) and my husband is currently still serving . We needed Coldwell Banker to help with putting renters in our home with the best tenants since we are always moving! After 6 months on the lease with the tenants the agent said they didn't want to be in my own because I'm house is gas operated! They breached their contract and the agent Alanna Carlson never was in contact with me, always making excuses of her inabilities as a agent! She didn't conduct herself as a professional or handled the tenants in a veteran manner since she was working for me. After the Tenants moved out there were plenty of things that needs to fixed such as the blinds, yard work and more and told the agent. she said she would hold their deposit since it was a breach of contract and to fi

The Orlando East Colonial branch of Coldwell Banker shares a wall with Sunbelt Title. They partner under one contract to sell homes. Mine was one. I would have given one star, but my home did sell, despite repeated episodes of negligence, or perhaps systematic apathy. When I expressed concern that my interests were not being represented fairly and professionally, the manager, Gary Williams, showed no concern, and immediately took a rude tone and completely dismissed me. He told me I was locked into a contract and couldn’t do a thing about the fact they misrepresented their word of mouth promises yet would collect every penny of commissions and fees despite not notifying me until the day before closing of the exact dollar amount I would owe them. He and the realtor stopped communicating w

When everything is fine, it's fine. When it's not, it's most definitely not. I rented a 5 bedroom house in the neighborhood of Eastwood (Golf Community) last August and was quite excited about moving from our apartment in Gainesville, FL. Early interactions were good and we were able to move-in on the day we preferred which was great. When we arrived at the house, it was immediately clear that it hadn't been professionally cleaned and in fact, the previous residents had left a number of items in the kitchen cabinets (bread maker, pots, pans, etc...). There was some weird mastic or glue on the patio which took numerous pots of boiling water and bleach/scrubbing to remove entirely. The blinds in the living room had been beaten quite badly and the house hadn't been painted, save for the stai

Very bad!!!! We looked at a house at the end of June, liked it so we did the application process, then gave a deposit and signed a lease. We were going to move in Aug 1st. (we found the house early because house go quick near UCF as Aug approaches). We sent David several emails asking him if we could see the house to take a few measurements, he did not respond to any of the 5 emails. We made several calls and left voice mail. No response. I did get a hold of him on the phone one time when he told me he was having some issues with the owner and he would call back at the end of the day. 2 days latter and 2 emails latter i get a response from him tell me the owner needs to get a letter to the bank assuring the house was not in foreclosure. This raised questions for me so i send another email

My wife and I worked with Gretchen Abi Daher on a relocation home purchase and we could not be more pleased. Gretchen spent an entire weekend showing us homes in the greater Orlando area and then multiple more listings via FaceTime until we found the right location in Lake Nona. Since we are not going to occupy it for 1 year, Gretchen went to work and found a renter within days and helped with HOA paperwork and property mgt company we are using. There is NOBODY better to work or understands your needs with if you are looking to buy sell or rent.
