I’ve never dealt with a worse seller agent than Todd Haucke. I was simply trying to put in an offer. He simply ignored me when I asked for seller disclosures so I could put in an offer. I’ve never had a seller agent just purposely ignore me when he seemed nice at the house showing and said I will send you the disclosures. And then finally responded later in the night, saying oh the seller just accepted an offer. I said why didn’t you send the seller disclosures so I could review and send an offer. He said, “Well, you’re working for yourself and you could’ve sent me an offer put in disclosures to be delivered within 24 hours but you did not do that. Which a good Realtor would’ve advised you to do.”

We would recommend Agent Kimberly Hall in the Roswell, Georgia office!! She was very professional, keeping us on track and focused on our priorities. She was always very quick to respond and reminded us of our next steps, always with a brilliant sense of humor. She made a stressful process enjoyable.

Pam Howell sold my Roswell townhouse for me in late 2017. But she did so much more than that. I was part of a corporate relocation program, which meant that we had to deal not just with prospective buyers, but also my out-of-state employer and the third-party relocation company. Would not recommend Cameo Clarke. She can be rude at times and once her commission was all set we never heard from her again. My husband is still waiting on a call back since March 10th. Our lender paid to get the home cleaned which she told my now husband it was done and it was not. We never got the codes to locks and she was unresponsive in attempting to get any instructions on the keypad reset. She made comments to my husband about liking to walk around naked in her home totally unprofessional. Steer clear of this lady.
