This review is specifically for realtor Dennis Fogarty. When the outcome of an interaction didn't go the way he wanted it to, he resulted to name calling me and acting in an extremely unprofessional way. I've worked with dozens of realtors and have never been treated in such a disgusting way. Unbelievable experience.

No matter how welcoming its staffs and sweet words from them, nobody has interest of their clients. They all work for themselves. My experience with Coldwell Banker was overall disappointment. It's not just agent. The lawyer's office and title company all were not so pleasant experience. We got the impression the agent's priority was just get things done fast and get the commission. She kept telling us to take the buyer's offer. When we refused her and came with our final counter offer, the buyer accepted. We could've lost good money if we had followed her. The staff in lawyer's office messed up numbers even after we did our calculation and showed up numbers to lawyer's office to avoid confusion and correction back and forth. and Finally escrow lawyer himself called us to resolve the issue

My review / opinion matches what other reviews also say —they will say anything to close the deal ! They have little or no regard for their impact to other as long as they get their check. I wish I had read those reviews before doing business with them. I dealt with Marc Middleton specifically but it must be more pervasive if others have said the same thing too. There are lots of realtors in naples , use someone else !!! If you have to do business with these people make sure you check and recheck anything and everything they say / promise !!
