Both have excellent communication skills which are paramount when dealing in the real estate market. This office in particular has so many "A List" agents between Stephanie Church and Courtney Church and the Ackermans, you really have a terrific team working out of this location. If you're selling a home on Longboat or Lido, these are the experts. Highly recommend!

Pam Bailey did a wonderful job helping my mom find a house in Bradenton. She was thorough, did a good job of finding lots of listings that met my mom's needs, and was never pushy. Always patient and nice to be around. Very highly recommended!

I am appalled about the sales tactics, inappropriateness and the lack of integrity of Stephanie Church and her broker Ellen O’Day. Lie after Lie. They were both aware of several Bedroom code violations reported to the county and failed to make the contractor the county and sellers responsible to fix them before allowing a closing on my home purchased before the work was done correctly to code. Now I am left with a two bedroom home in the county records that was sold to me as a 4 bedroom home. They both threatened that I would loss my deposit of $42k if I didn’t close on a set date and did nothing to support me as a buyers agent. This Is a crooked and despicable group. Steer far away from this office or any property they are selling. Best wishes to you all.
