Don't sign! David C. and F Turner are trying to get money after my agreement with them was terminated last year! They never showed me any properties, I never met them! I found a property on my own outside of their agreement and now they are trying to get thousands! "Catch and Kill" real estate company. They are of no value at all.

Went to The Villas on Travis for three open houses listed online: only one was open, yet the agent Claudia Verastegui offered to show me pictures of the other two units, on her smart phone. I don't plan on living on your phone, Claudia, and for over $300k expect to see an actual unit.
