This review is for Ellason Curdgele. The rude, brash, horrible “broker” that showed me an apartment. She not only had an excuse for everything we pointed out in the apartment, she called the previous tenants dirty, nasty individuals. Mind you, the apartment was spotless… The apartment we viewed was not up to NJ code but she had an excuse for that too. She made the remark “I came all the way over here” as though her job isn’t to show apartments. I was willing to overlook it to get the place, but then she gave the run-around about appliances that she has listed and pictured in the listing, but aren’t in the apartment. According to her “the previous tenants took it”. If that’s the case, is it not the responsibility of the landlord to replace it OR update your listing so that it’s known tha

Wow I just read the reviews we had the same horrible experience with agent Andrea Decker. She was so unprofessional became irate when she discovered we had an agent, went crying to the seller and refused to show the seller our offer. I saw a clip of the leading broker claiming that professionalism was top of his list ha! He needs to have a realty check!I sent emails and paper letters to him and corporate and never heard a word back. What a disgrace to the industry!

When it comes to Ellason Curdgele, I’ll echo what the other reviews have to say about her: she is rude, incompetent, and utterly useless. Have unfortunately had to deal with her on two separate occasions - once searching for a rental apartment and she was the listing agent, where she lied lied lied about what was going to be done before move-in, and again when she listed said apartment for sale for the landlord, where she refuses to coordinate timing with the tenants, sends us texts like “tenants suck” and then pretends it was autocorrect, and truly does absolutely nothing to help her client get the place sold. Realtors showing up at our door who she apparently did not communicate with when we have given timeframes that we have to be in meetings, texts and calls to Ellason going complete

I am very happy with my broker agent Gabriella, very professional, kind, answering all my questions, and my calls even after business hours, she is amazing, highly recommended.
