Jon Adams is fantastic. He helped me for over a year to find a home with most of the showings in the evening because of my work schedule. As a single person & first time homebuyer, Jon helped me through the in's and out's, did not rush me into making a decision, and pointed out issues when I did not see them. He was quick to respond to all my questions and setting up showings. I really appreciate all the time and effort he put in to helping me find a home. I look forward to working with him in the future when I am ready to move into another home. I also have to laugh - there's another review on here saying "there's been no contact from either since the closing on our house we sold..." - fingers crossed he does the same for me! Nothing is more annoying that a sales rep that just won't stop

Very disappointed in Coldwell Banker & Jon Adams, there's been no contact from either since the closing on our house we sold and also used them to purchase our new home. I'm in sales myself and I always follow up with my customer's to thank them and to ensure they're happy. We decided to give Coldwell Banker Gundaker a second chance after the first was so pleasant, we won't ever use them again.

Tim Godfrey made buying a home in the area EASY! Tim listened to what we wanted and began his search, my wife found a home and gave details to Tim. Tim immediately got in touch with the realtor for the seller and he was able to get us in as the first to view the house. He has a great support network in place so that once a home is found, everything falls in line.

Highly recommend Jon Adams. My parents used him to sell there house when no other agent could and I am currently using him to sell my house and have had a great experience thus far. He is very knowledgeable of the market and very easy to do business with.
