this office has sales person who withholds information purposely to make the sale go forward by withholding information that is detrimental for the buyer .DO NOT WORK with Mariane Tamaz or the office in general Further proof is with Florida business and licensing department, Apparently common practice with this offer, In fact, even the principal broker approves such policy of misguiding the buyer by telling me "you did change your mind not to buy for other reasons" (meaning not because Mariane did not disclose the discrepancies) BUYER BE AWARE WITH THIS OFFICE

I reached out to Miles Prince regarding a property listing I found on Zillow. After not receiving a response on Zillow, I decided to text him directly. He called me twice, but I wasn’t able to return the calls, so I responded via text instead. Unfortunately, his reply gave the impression that he wasn’t interested in moving forward or assisting further. Overall, the communication felt unengaged and left me disappointed with the service.

Marcelo Motta and his landlord very unprofessional. No communications at all after multiple attempts. No contact from marcelo landlords agent when landlord went no contact, no moving out information and ran with my security deposit. Shady.
