Posting this review for Jenn Maher. We were fortunate enough to find Jenn after a pretty extensive search. We built a custom home and were out of state - we had no opportunity to come and visit prior to actually moving. Frankly, we couldn’t have been in better hands! Jenn’s attention to detail is unmatched! She constantly provided us thorough updates and expertly handed issues in our best interest. Look no further and work with Jenn!

We had a very bad experience with one of their agents named Pam. She showed us 2 places that we were interested in renting but once we saw them in person, they were not good fits for a lot of reasons. She sent us one more listing in the late afternoon and she wanted to schedule a 9 am showing the following day because it was the only time she could show the property. My wife and I had no time to view the neighborhood prior. This realtor pressed us to go ahead and apply without seeing it. We told her that we wouldn’t be doing that because we haven’t seen the house or the neighborhood. She stated that “that’s why I told you to view the neighborhood prior to the viewing and this will be the last one I show you”. Mind you, my wife and I have full time jobs, received this listing at 3pm and w

Disappointing service. My parents purchased a home in Summerville SC with the help of Coldwell banker. So today I come inspect the home with my father and the house was in rough shape. Lots of items were left behind by the previous inhabitants including a heavy couch on the second floor bonus room. Father is sick right now so moving our stuff in after we move the left behind stuff out makes for a crappy situation. The garage was left in terrible condition. Scuffed walls everywhere and more left behind stuff. He also informed me that questions he asked were ignored basically. Definitely regret them having to do so much extra work for an expensive house. Can't really recommend this disaster to friends and family.
