He does next to nothing to keep them maintained and shows zero concern for those who have to live next to them. Your investment and attempts to create a home hold no importance to him. What you can expect from him, when you have the pleasure of interacting with him to address a problem, is smug, disinterested lip service. This review is for Amy Stusek of Coldwell Annapolis Plaza. My wife and I were in the market for a new home in the fall of 2019. After finding a place we liked, we scheduled a viewing online. Amy showed up and was more than happy to be our agent and showed us more properties after that. When we found a place that we liked, we gave her all of the information that was needed to send the offer. We knew that our offer was lower than what they were asking, but wanted her to complete the paperwork anyway. After reading the paperwork, we discovered that Amy was charging us, the buyers, a 2.5% commission.
