This place is run by leadership that fails to hold their realtors accountable for their actions. One of their realtors, Brian Kays, constantly kept lying that he wasn't getting my emails or phone calls or texts. When my bank got hold of Elizabeth, who supposedly manages Brian to whatever extent, she brought Brian to the table to have a conversation but started to parrot the exact falsehoods that Brian was mentioning. In the year 2024, if someone says they're not getting of the communications, they're either lying or don't know how digital communications work. I'd say the former, but both are troublesome qualities to have in the business of real estate. Instead of apologizing and moving forward, they decided to cover-up for each other.
