My kitchen light switch stopped working so I called Coldwell Banker's repair service number. It was after hours so I left a message. I received a call the next morning & it was repaired before lunch. Great service.

Our HVAC system stopped pushing out any air so we called to see if it could be looked at. They came out the next morning. To a great relief, it was just a capacitor, and they were able to make a repair in only 20 minutes. So happy we called, and extremely happy with the service.

Bill is the best. He provides prompt and professional service. And he goes above and beyond to take care of us. I cannot express how much I appreciate Caldwell Banker for providing this wonderful service for their clients.

Fast service. Same day I called they checked my furnace cause it stopped working and next day they placed the new furnace. Great and fast service. Thank you🙂

Good service. Few different handyman come over to repaire and replace few items. For example, furnace part, drain stoppers, window balance, sliding closet door parts replacement, front door lock repair, clogged sink, shower, and bathtub.Able to get things done and if something needed to change they will keep us updated. Good communication. Keep it up.
