I worked with Donna and Pam to sell my condo. They helped guide me through the entire process from timing and pricing to professional photos and being sure my cats didn't escape outside when prospective buyers visited my home. Both Pam and Donna were always available to answer my questions via phone or text. They were professionals and I felt that they always had my best interests in mind. My experience with them was top-notch! (By-the-way, my home sold in less than two weeks with their expert guidance.)

Had an amazing experience at this office. My agent Was professional reliable flexible and trustworthy. She helped me every step of the way. I Highly recommend this office. If it wasn’t for them I never would have found a home that was perfect for me.

I can't speak on the whole company but some of the agents they have representing the company are disgustingly rude and inconsiderate. Based on that alone I would give zero stars if I could. I was supposed to be shown 3 rentals, the agent originally said they were running late and never showed up. They didn't answer my calls or texts until the next day and they weren't apologetic at all for wasting my time but despite that I set up another appointment to see the rentals. The agent proceeded to ask me if "I had all the money to rent the places" and "if I was sure I had it." Three times he asked me that. I then decided to cancel the second appointment with him to see the apartments. I called and spoke with Pam, who was pleasant and I asked her if another agent can show me the places. I set

What a fantastic office. Everyone is so helpful, welcoming and kind. They had so many resources for me as a buyer for not just local real estate but global as well. Would highly recommend any agent from this office to anyone

Typical snobby Long Island realtors. Arrogant and confrontational. Especially the wonderful Trudy Lauben after only about 30 seconds on the phone with her. She belongs working at a truck stop.
