I have been a Realtor only with Coldwell Banker since 1988 (NYC),on Maui since 1996, I have been on realtor roller coaster for some time just like everyone else, but being with Island Properties all these years it's become my 2nd family, like many agent's they always see grass greener some place else, not me I have had 2 main jobs in my life ,20 years as NYPD Detective and 25 years as Realtor, can't get any better than that, as once again the market is turning upwards I know that next few years with Coldwell Bankers will hopefully be my best, many thanks to Bob/Doug/Kathy for all there support over the years. hope we have many more together ,Mahalo
