Jaki goes above and beyond throughout the entire house buying process. This was my husband and mine first time ever buying a home and we had been saving for this moment a very long time. We were out of state buyers and had 2-3 days to look at homes in the Triangle. Taking into account the rapidly changing market, Jaki put together a robust schedule of home-viewing based on our specific preferences and incorporating our last minute additions to the schedule. Within 2 days, we found two homes that we were interested in buying. Jaki coordinated a second viewing of these homes at the end of the second business day and by the next morning ( July 4th), we had an offer in and were in escrow within a day. Roger Hudson is an outstanding realtor. We started working with him in 2022, when the market was very hot (basically a seller's market). He helped us identify neighborhoods in Durham that fit our needs, and although we decided not to buy then, we definitely appreciated his help. Fast forward to early 2025, after we had relocated to Durham and were looking to buy in earnest. We continued to work with Roger, and after three different offers were rejected, we found the ideal house on the fourth try and successfully closed on it last week. Without Roger's services, we would still be looking. He is exceptionally responsive (even after hours and on weekends), and he was always willing to show us homes, sometimes more than once.
