Flips homes without proper permits or building department inspections. For some reason doesnt like to insulate walls or ceilings even when sheetrock is removed, and the interior wall and ceiling cavities are exposed. Doesnt repair termite damage, just covers it with new siding. Buries garbage and debris from other jobsites in the backyard.
