Spoke with a realtor Michael Liess, with Coldwell, shadiest character ever !! Made me afraid to even consider the listing when I asked why the previous owner had 3 addresses on the same block, and was extremely rude, would not give me any information on the property and when I said "I find it unsettling that you refuse to answer any questions about the property", he said "you don't have to worry because it'll sell for more than you're approved for". ! DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS MAN OR THIS COMPANY !!! If I could give him, the company less than 1 star I would give minus 10. Update to reply: I'm not a retard and have bought many houses on my 60 years. You were straight out rude and condescending.

If I could give this less than 1 , I would . We were rushed through walk through, Any concerns like trim off cupboards, a supposedly brand new stove with damaged parts , were brushed off. We were told to hurry up because seller was coming back for his stuff when in all reality it should have been out.There was closet door off tracks supposedly, upon further investigation, part of side of door was broken along with bottom of door. We had to buy new refrigerator and stove. The refrigerator didn't work and the stove parts behind stove were damaged. The stove was unsafe to use even though other realtor advertised a brand new stove. This whole experience was horrible, the house was not in this condition when we saw it in open house and any requests made we were told it's normal. So it's normal

I did have a problem with an offer being submitted but Michael was attentive to correcting the problem. He was able to explain the foreclosure process which I was unaware of.
