Tom facilitated property repairs, and helped us to get things prepped and staged . The property was a manufactured home on a basement foundation. Tom found that the original owner hadn’t transferred title for the home to my parents when they bought it, and a legal proceeding had to be completed to resolve this. He initiated the legal process, made sure documentation was provided, and let prospective buyers know the title issue was in process. We had some challenges through the inspection as well as our mortgage company, but Vern stayed on them and with the help of his team - we made it to end on time.
