My wife and I had a great experience with Rebecca Carlson from Coldwell Banker Bain. She is trustworthy, smart, and really knows Seattle Real estate! We closed in late May after looking since November. I had better add patience to Rebecca’s qualities too!

We had the pleasure of working with Corey Patt. She is hands down the best agent we've ever had. She was both our buyer's and seller's agent (2015 and 2024 respectively). She is extremely knowledgeable, goes above and beyond to close a deal at the best value, knows how to craft offers that get accepted when it's a competitive market, and has great suggestions of little improvements to maximize your property sale price when you go to sell. All of that AND she is wonderful to work with. I can't recommend her enough!

We had a great experience with Christopher. He does a great job balancing being professional and reliable with being thoughtful and relaxed. We first met him at an open house for another realtor and we just really connected. From that point forward, he was incredibly responsive, attentive, and thorough. He set us up with a number of property tours, helped us get a sense of what we were looking for and what the market was, and then gave us honest and helpful feedback throughout. We were out of the country for part of our buying/closing process, and Christopher went out of his way to support us and communicate with us. We would definitely recommend him to anyone!

Ryan Lile is so much more than a real estate agent. He's a great listener (part therapist, really) who could tease out what was working and not working about the numerous places we visited. He was always nimble and flexible, sometimes adding new showings to our roster while on the fly. He's consistently responsive and attentive, even on weekends and evenings. I never felt any sort of pressure or that I was an inconvenience. I will forever remember what a painless (maybe even fun!) process he made my search for a home—even in a market that was extremely difficult. Kudos to Ryan and to Coldwell Banker Bain!
