IF YOU ARE LOOKING TO PURCHASE THIS HOUSE PLEASE READ MY REVIEW! I rented this house from March 2022 until February 2025. In the three (3) years I had 35+ maintenance requests. This house was posted on their website about 3 weeks after we moved out because the property owner was not willing to renew the lease due to the extensive amount of work needed on the house because of a botched renovation. The kitchen sink fell in when I filled it with water. The air and heat NEVER work efficiently and electricity bills were close to $400 a month. The hallway ceiling fell in due to bad workmanship during the botched renovation (the man who did the work lives next door). There is black mold on the hallway walls. My husband and I had a terrible experience with a realtor from this firm. We sold our house here in Savannah, and had very little assistance throughout the process. Due to the area we lived in and the market, our house received multiple offers. The realtor was able to take advantage of this to put in little effort, he did not take new pictures of our home instead used listing pictures from years before when we bought the home. He did not offer us an open house and we were told he did not have the time when we requested one. My husband is in the military and this realtor bills himself as a military specialist. I called about a property because it had been sitting for 3 months and they claim no one qualified and it had over 300 applications smh! I set up an appointment to see the house at 11am it was 11:03 the lady called and said she was outside and she don’t wait on no one! (Lol) VERY RUDE!! She wasn’t gone do nothing but take my money anyway and claim I didn’t qualify. RUN!!! these ppl get your money for the application and claim you didn’t get it cus of credit or a bogus lie! They only take CASH and that is a RED FLAG! Their houses sit on the market forever!!!! They have over 200 applications and no one qualified??? Yea right!! A BIG SCAM!!
