We have watched the development of this amazing community since the inception of the process. The land lays beautifully and it has been enhanced by the exquisite job the developers have done. Great attention has been paid to every detail. The stone bridge and entrance monument signal that this is not a typical neighborhood. The fences surrounding the nature preserve, the nature preserve itself, the stone monuments marking the trail heads and the site for the community center and pool must be seen to be fully appreciated. Coldwater is convenient to all points in the Triad and yet is a world away. We feel fortunate to have found this special place and are excited to begin construction of our new home.
We were blessed to find this land nearly three years ago and immediately began dreaming of the most beautiful community in the triad. It has been so exciting to see the vision come to reality and see others join us in building not only our homes, but a community where beauty and adventure can be enjoyed and celebrated. Our family can't wait to begin construction on our New Home - ColdWater!
We cannot wait to build in the beautiful Community! The lake is beautiful and this community is going to be a great addition.
