I personally love Lisa, she's easy to talk to and answers all my nagging questions without hesitation and listens to my concerns when I go in and see her. Jen has been a delight as well and answered the questions I had when we moved in. Overall both women have been awesome, and made us feel comfortable when we were beyond nervous and for that I look forward to my time here.

Very bad management. Managers change often and it looks like company preferences to hire very rude people, and with each time they are getting worse. They have issues with calculations. Older people who lives in this apartment very often under stress because many of them have a section 8 and general office has issues with calculations . The manager who works in this apartment right now January 2026 very rude with people, doesn't want to solve this issue, yelling on tenants, even kick out people from office. Manager do not respond on call or email from Housin authority section 8, and denies that was any contact from section 8 office to her at all. Manager absolutely neglect her duties.

I was looking at multiple places to call home when Jennifer impressed me with efficient service and sincerely. Not only did she address my questions and concerns in a very timely manner she also pointed out features that fit my families needs. She really listened to what I was looking for and moving here was a no Brainer. From the lush complex, close to shopping, gas, bus, grocery everything right here. Thank you Jen. Your the best!

Got a tour of a unit from Jennifer. She made me feel very welcome and was able to answer my questions about the rental. The private balcony was nice, as was the open concept rooms. The grounds also looked well kept.

I wanted to thank Jennifer for giving me a tour of the apartment complex. The units are spacious and very clean and the grounds are beautiful and kid friendly. This looks like a perfect place for families.
