CoHo Apartments

A dreadful experience applying for a unit last fall. At first I liked the townhouse style but the bathrooms are extremely small and closets are tiny too. I could have paid a full years rent up front and was shocked when my application didn’t go through. Seems the credit company use is biased and does racial profiling as it some how dropped my credit score by over 60 points. Totally bogus then soon after I ended up getting green light from a nearby and more modern upscale property. It worked out in the end I didn’t end up at CoHo just reading others experience too. I was also very worried about safety with the set up front and rear doors etc.

Beautiful location and incredible value! The staff are friendly, professional, and welcoming. I have felt supported throughout the application and move-in process. The units are well-maintained and spacious with big, beautiful windows (perfect for plants!) I cannot recommend this place enough.

I am having a great experience with Coho Apartments . The staff in the leasing office and maintence team has been very kind and attentive. The location is great and very quiet! The property is clean and I can tell the staff takes pride in that . The move in process was easy. Definitely would recommend this property if you’re looking to live in the city and be close to literally everything.

Great experience with both the leasing and maintenance teams. The leasing staff was friendly, professional, and made the entire process smooth and stress-free. Maintenance was quick to respond, efficient, and did an excellent job resolving issues. Overall, the staff is attentive, reliable, and truly cares about residents. Highly recommend!

Extremely friendly and consultative leasing staff between Alyssia (Prop Mgr) & Alexis. I was thoroughly pleased with my tour and surprised to see the incredible lengths Venterra has gone to completely renovate and modernize all of the CoHo Apts after the unprecedented Hurricane Delta flood damages (Oct 2024). New flooring, new carpeting, all new appliances, contemporary kitchen renovations with granite counter tops & new modern tile back splashes have been installed in most units since the major flood situation. They also have spent good money improving the complex’s gym along with other property amenities. Great job overall by Alyssia, Alexis, & Kenny (Maintenance) 👍🏻
