Cohere

I am a resident of Verrado. I would love to share my opinion of Cohere. First, they claimed to be a property management company. They’re doing anything but managing and maintaining the properties in Verrado. What was once a very beautiful town is slowly deteriorating by a company that is poorly managed and unable to perform the duties of maintaining a community. I will let the pictures do the talking on the current state of our community parks.

I am very impressed with Cohere, its talented team members and the great work they do with community building and management.

This is a lovely community nestled into the West Bench, tucked away at the foothills of the Oqurrih mountains. As you enter the community, you feel like everything is behind you and peace settles in! But then everything you could need is only a few blocks away! Best of all worlds!

We moved here in 2020. We instantly fell in love with the tree line streets. It truly was a green oasis. BUT not anymore! Everything is dead. The developers and HOA are running the community into the ground.
