Our Broker was Charles Gruber! He's amazing! He answered any and all questions. My partner had so many questions. A tour visit that should've been 15 minutes was turned into 2 hours because of the amount of questions she and I had. Charles was clearly very patient and did not get bothered with all of our questions. I just want to emphasize that this was my partner's and first time moving outside of our parent's home to move into our own apartment. And the whole process of going through the lease, connecting with the landlord made me nervous. However, Charles made the process very smooth. Did I also mention we got a rent stabilized unit?! Yup! We're happy with our home (apartment) and with the landlord and super who attends us very well!
