Cocoa Village Flats

I have lived here for a little over a year now and for what it's worth this has been my experience and what I've seen. There have been renovations on some buildings that could possibly wake you up mid afternoon if you sleep, but if you had seen what the building started off as prior you would be amazed at what the complex has accomplished in such little time. Construction doesn't last forever and when it's finished you'll be glad it's done for more than one reason, so be happy they're there and care enough to do it. We live in Florida and there are bugs, and if you're new to the area or state then welcome and I wish you the worlds best patience while learning this if you enjoy being outdoors. Sometimes bugs get inside and that's why this neighborhood offers weekly bug and insect control,

Cocoa Village Flats is a very pleasant community, nested in the heart of the historic Cocoa village and Library. You can walk there from your apartment! Around the corner is a small park surrounded with restaurants and music. Cocoa Village Flats is also pet friendly. Some people bring their dogs to the park to play, while eating lunch. Our manager, Jered is very efficient and professional. If you need anything at all, it will be done. You have to come by and see our newly renovated apartments. I know you'll love it here.

Cocoa Village Flats is an amazing place to live. The apartments are modern, clean, and in a perfect location near Cocoa Village. The property manager is outstanding—professional, responsive, and truly cares about the residents. The maintenance technician is excellent, handling requests quickly and efficiently with a great attitude. Overall, it’s a well-run community that feels welcoming and well cared for. I highly recommend Cocoa Village Flats to anyone looking for quality living and great management.

I have been looking for a new apartment and had such a great experience working with the property manager. I called and got all the information for the available units within seconds and had all my questions answered all on the same call. It was clear the manager cared a lot about the complex and knew his stuff. I was able to schedule a tour and see the options all in the same day.

Great place to live apartments are remodeled and look fantastic. Miguel and Jared from management are awesome and work hard to keep the property clean and in order. Would highly recommend.
