Coco Plum Vacation Rentals

This is the second year we have stayed at this villa. The view is wonderful and the villa is well stocked. Great location and very quiet. The views are second to none! The rental company was easy to work with and handled any issues promptly and professionally. We will definitely stay here in the future. This was our tenth year to come to Marathon and Indigo Reef is our favorite place to stay by far. Highly recommend!

We had a fantastic stay with Coco Plum! From start to finish, their team was incredibly responsive, professional, and easy to communicate with. Any questions we had were answered quickly, which made the entire experience smooth and stress-free. The home itself was absolutely beautiful — clean, well maintained, and thoughtfully appointed. The grounds were just as impressive, creating a relaxing and private atmosphere that truly felt like a getaway. Everything was exactly as described (if not better). We would absolutely stay with Coco Plum again and highly recommend them to anyone looking for a seamless and enjoyable vacation experience. 🌴

We are so glad to have found Coco Plum Vacation Rentals to use for Our 50th Anniversary Trip to the Marathon, FL area. They were very responsive to any questions and the Keys Dream House was just what we had hoped to find. They made several contacts to let us know that if we had any issues or questions, not to hesitate in asking. The house was well equipped for our stay and we found it very helpful to have just about any item that we would need for our stay. It was a very relaxing stay and we just hated that our stay ended so soon. We will be using Coco Plum Vacation Rentals for our next stay in the Marathon Area.

Found this place 3 weeks out, for an amazing price. It was beautiful, fully stocked, fit our large group, and perfect for us with our boat (hitting either the Gulf or the Atlantic in mere minutes). It gave us a much needed, GREAT getaway. We've stayed in Coco Plum Homes the last few years and are never disappointed! Only recommendation I would have is, had I been able to find a swiffer or any cleaning supplies, I'd have tidied more and mopped before leaving. Hubby always says I leave places cleaner than when I found em 😂 Place was spotless when we arrived, I always try and leave it how I found it, if nothing else. 😜 Thanks for the memories, yet again, Florida Keys... We'll see ya again next year, Coco Plum!

My wife and our two children spent over a week at Coco Plum vacation rental on Marathon Island. The house and location was incredible. Even better than the pictures. It was a short drive to Key West but out of the commotion of Key West. One thing that really stood out was having all the amenities of Home. That is priceless when you have two children. I would not hesitate to book with them for my next vacation.
