We recently used Elvira as a sellers agent for my mom's townhouse and would highly recommend her to anyone buying or selling in the area. I'm not from the area and she was able to coordinate showings (of course), but helped stage, coordinated a cleaning crew, helped get vet donations, handled the punch list from top to bottom and more!
